Personal Trainer Gains Weight To Better Understand His Clients

Yes you read that right, an American Trainer has decided to go from cover model to deliberately sabotage his figure to understand what his clients go through and then to get his model physique back again.

Why ab crunches won't give you a six pack, but will hurt your back (if not used correctly)...

Ive been on both sides of the fence if you like with regards to weight, going from couch slob to Triathlete and being race fit in under four months, taking on various events with minimum of seven hours training a week and a mind which felt unbreakable.
